I offer tutoring services to students based in the Pittsburgh area. I can tutor most introductory and undergraduate computer science classes. I can tutor any K-12 math up to AP Calculus AB, and I can tutor discrete math. In the past, I have privately tutored geometry, algebra II, AP Calculus AB, and a data structures and algorithms course.
In addition, I have worked with students in different kinds of situations and neurodivergence, and I am happy to work with students and/or families with non-traditional backgrounds and special needs.
Age range: 6th grade or older (including college and adult students)
I have a sliding scale rate that maxes out at $100/hour (by cash, Zelle, or Venmo), though it may go up depending the amount of prep and distance I have to travel. The sliding scale applies for families that make under 300% of the poverty level (as of 2025, that is an annual income of about $96,000 for a family of 4).
I currently only have availability on Sundays. I prefer meeting at the Carnegie Library in East Liberty, but I am open to travel.
All families can get a free trial session before commiting to a full tutoring relationship.
